摘要
新时代以来的十年,我国教育综合改革实践实质性地推进了有质量的教育公平,整体性地提升了人才培养水平,系统性地拓展了服务国家发展能力,为建成教育强国奠定了坚实的基础。建设教育强国顺应新时代教育发展的趋势,从历史逻辑来看,教育强国建设助推我国实现教育大国到教育强国的系统性跃升;从理论逻辑来看,教育强国建设彰显了人的现代化是中国式现代化的核心的理念;从实践逻辑来看,教育强国建设深度嵌入并服务社会主义现代化强国建设。新时代教育强国建设被赋予重大的历史使命。在新的时代境遇中,教育强国建设要贯彻落实立德树人的根本任务,铸牢社会主义意识形态;统筹各级各类教育优质发展,办人民满意的高水平教育;坚持系统发展观念,担负支撑中华民族伟大复兴重任。
In the past decade since the new era,China's comprehensive education reform has achieved historic accomplishments.It has substantially promoted equitable and quality education,elevated the overall level of talent cultivation,and enhanced the nation's ability to serve its development.These achievements have laid a solid foundation for building an education-strong country.The construction of an education-strong country is in line with the trend of education development in the new era.From a historical perspective,it is a systematic leap from being a major-education country to becoming an education-strong country.From a theoretical perspective,the construction of an educationstrong country embodies the essence of Chinese-style modernization,which is the modernization of its people.From a practical perspective,the construction of an education-strong country is deeply embedded in and serves the development of a socialist modernized country.The construction of an education strong country in the new era has been entrusted with a significant historical mission.In the new era's context,the construction of an education-strong country must adhere to the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talents,thus cultivating a socialist ideology.It should comprehensively promote the high-quality development of education at all levels and in all fields,providing education that satisfies the people.It should also adhere to a comprehensive development perspective and shoulder the responsibility of supporting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
