金融强国作为中国式现代化和社会主义现代化强国建设的重要组成部分,已经成为理论界和广大金融领域从业者高度关注的热点话题。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕中国金融高质量发展发表了一系列重要论述,其中有关金融服务于实体经济、加强金融监管、坚持党对金融工作全面领导和金融工作的人民性等重要思想,与马克思主义基本理论存在一脉相承的关系,指导中国金融高质量发展实践并取得了重要的成绩。在新的形势下,习近平总书记提出了金融强国的六大核心要素和六大体系建设,进一步明确了中国特色金融高质量发展的目标,丰富了中国特色金融高质量发展的理论内涵。六大要素之间是相互促进和关联的整体,国际环境变化使得提高六大要素的能级成为当前紧迫的任务,这也就决定了坚持中国特色发展道路的同时需要对标国际经验和标准,在国际竞争中建设中国金融强国。

Building a nation with strong financial sector as part of China's modernization and strong nation with Chinese characteristic has been a heated discussion topic among scholars and financial practitioners.Since CPC 18 Congress,Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Commitee,has made guideline instructions concerning financial sector high quality development on many important occasions.His important thought that financial sector should serve real economic activities,strengthen financial regulation and supervision,uphold firmly CPC leadership in financial sector and keep thriving for people are logically following Marxist financial theory,which guided the practice of China high quality financial development and made major achievements.Under new era of changing situation,Secretary General Xi jinping formulated six core elements of strong nation of finance and the path to build six systems.These elaborations greatly enriched the theory of high quality financial development with Chinese characteristics and become urgent task of today's financial development in China.This target also made it clear that while maintaining Chinese characteristics China should also learn lessons and experiences from other nations and build China a nation with strong financial sector in the international competition.
