哥伦比亚大学教育学科的三次组织变革及其历史启示(1886—1952)

摘要 1886—1952年,哥伦比亚大学教育学科经历了“大学科系”“研究型学院”“世界一流教育学院”三次组织转型,其制度创新是美国师范教育高质量发展的光辉典范。从组织变革和学科史的视角研究哥伦比亚教育学科发展成为世界一流教育学院的历史过程,对我国师范教育高质量发展具有启发意义:首先,教育学科发展的动力机制是“符号价值”和“实用价值”相互增益的循环系统;其次,教育学科组织变革的逻辑要“术”与“势”并重;最后,教育学科组织变革的原则要立足学术发展,服务学生职业成就。 From 1886 to 1952,the Educational Discipline of Columbia University has undergone three organizational reforms.Every organizational reform of the Educational Discipline of Columbia University means a leap forward in its development stage.Since 1886,the Educational Discipline of Columbia University has undergone three organizational transformations,namely“Department of University”,“Research College”and“World Class Education Institute”.With continuous institutional innovation,the Educational Discipline of Columbia University is a shining example of the high-quality development of American normal education.From the perspective of organizational change and discipline history,the study on the historical process of Colombian educational discipline becoming the World Class Education Institute has great inspiration and reference significance for the development of high quality of Chinese normal education.Firstly,the dynamic mechanism of the development of educational discipline is a cyclic system of the gain of“symbolic value”and“practical value”.Secondly,the logic of the organizational reform of educational disciplines should pay equal attention to“academic logic”and“the trend of The Times”.Finally,the principle of organizational reform of educational disciplines should be based on academic development and serve students’career achievements.
