随着高质量共建中巴经济走廊进入新阶段,基于文化旅游交流合作构建中巴民心相通新格局是两国巩固加强全天候战略合作伙伴关系,携手构建新时代更加紧密的中巴命运共同体的重要内容。论文分析了基于文化旅游交流合作的民心相通内涵,以及加强文化旅游合作促进民心相通的必要性,从中巴文化旅游交流合作的实践和现实障碍出发阐述了中巴民心相通存在的主要问题及其原因,指出中巴经济走廊高质量发展阶段构建中巴民心相通新格局,要以文化交流为核心建强文化旅游交流合作基础,以主体交往为抓手拓展文化旅游交流合作领域,以沟通机制为助力催动文化旅游交流合作发展,以认同效果为支撑发挥文化旅游交流合作效应,进一步夯实共建中巴经济走廊的社会民意基础。

As the high-quality joint construction of the CPEC enters a new stage,building a new pattern of people-to-people communication between China and Pakistan based on culture and tourism cooperation is an important part of strengthening the all-weather strategic partnership between the two countries and working together to build a closer China-Pakistan community with a shared future in the new era.The paper analyzes the connotation and logic of people-to-people communication based on culture and tourism cooperation,and elaborates on the main problems and reasons of people-to-people communication between China and Pakistan from the practice of culture and tourism cooperation between China and Pakistan.It points out that in the high-quality development stage of the CPEC,a new pattern of people to people communication between China and Pakistan should be constructed,with cultural exchange as the core to strengthen the foundation of cultural and tourism cooperation,subject communication as the focus to expand the field of cultural and tourism cooperation,communication mechanisms as the support to promote the development of cultural and tourism cooperation,recognition effcts as the support to play the role of cultural and tourism cooperation,and consolidate the social public opinion foundation of the CPEC.
