摘要
随着数字化、人工智能等技术的突破及应用领域的逐渐拓展,外骨骼机器人、脑机接口、脊髓-神经调控等数智化技术应用于脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)后改善或代偿躯体功能以提高SCI患者生活自理能力和生活质量的研究越来越多。数智化康复技术的发展为SCI后的功能重建提供了全新的应用平台,数字化及智能化赋能的康复新技术在SCI后临床康复治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。该文就外骨骼机器人、脑机接口技术、脊髓-神经调控技术应用于SCI后功能恢复的现状进行阐述。
With the breakthroughs of digitization,artificial intelligence and other technologies and the gradual expansion of application fields,more and more studies have been conducted on the application of digital intelligence technologies such as exoskeleton robots,brain-computer interface,and spinal cord neuromodulation to improve or compensate physical function after spinal cord injury(SCI)and improve self-care ability and quality of life of patients with SCI.The development of digital intelligent rehabilitation technology provides a new application platform for the functional reconstruction after SCI,and the digital and intelligentized rehabilitation technology has broad application prospects in the clinical rehabilitation treatment after SCI.This article elaborates on the current status of exoskeleton robots,braincomputer interface technology,and spinal cord neuromodulation technology for functional recovery after SCI.
