局部枸橼酸抗凝技术在血液净化中的应用进展

Application progress of regional citrate anticoagulant technology in blood purification

摘要 近年局部枸橼酸抗凝技术不仅在成人血液净化中得到了广泛应用,在儿童血液净化中的应用也得到了肯定,其在高危出血风险、活动性出血及肝素诱导的血小板减少的患者中的优势已被多次证实。因此,该文回顾分析了近年国内外局部枸橼酸抗凝在不同血液净化模式中的应用,发现其抗凝不仅安全、有效,还可以延长滤器寿命、减少出血并发症,适宜在血液净化的实践中广泛开展。 In recent years,Regional citrate anticoagulation(RCA)technology has been widely used not only in adult blood purification,but also in children’s blood purification,and its advantages in patients with high bleeding risk,active bleeding and heparin-induced thrombocytopenia have been repeatedly confirmed.Therefore,this article reviews and analyzes the application of RCA in different blood purification modes at home and abroad in recent years.It is found that its anticoagulation is not only safe and effective,but also can prolong the life of filter and reduce bleeding complications,which is suitable for the practice of blood purification.
