大数据时代高校就业管理精细化研究

摘要 大数据技术在数据和信息的优化、整合、分析方面具有创造性价值。大数据时代,高校就业管理表现出诸多新特征,就业管理模式从传统“粗放式”转向现代“集约式”,就业管理手段从传统线下管理转向线上线下结合管理,就业信息发布从单一渠道转向多元渠道,就业指导方式从“漫灌”指导转向“精准”指导。面对就业数据分析平台缺乏、就业指导服务人员短缺、就业数据应用范围狭窄、就业数据准确性不足等问题,新时代高校就业管理精细化须做到就业数据分析精细、就业指导方式精细、就业数据应用精细和就业服务流程精细。 Big data technology has creative value in the optimization,integration and analysis of data and information.In the era of big data,the employment management of colleges and universities shows many new characteristics.The employment management mode has changed from the"traditional extensive"to the"modern intensive".The employment management means has changed from the traditional offline management to the combination of both online and offline.The channel of releasing employment information has changed from single to multiple,and the employment guidance method has changed from"gross guidance"to"precise guidance".Facing the lack of employment data analysis platform,the shortage of employment guidance service personnel,the narrow application scope of employment data and the lack of accuracy of employment data,the refinement of employment management in colleges and universities in the new era needs to achieve that of employment data analysis,employment guidance methods,employment data application and employment service process.
