摘要
整体煤气化联合循环发电厂汽水系统相比于传统的火力发电厂汽水系统较为复杂,不仅包含常规动力岛汽水系统,同时也包含气化岛、净化岛、空分岛汽水系统。复杂的汽水系统,使得整体水质容易恶化、汽水水质故障点增多、汽水水质变化幅度大等,进而导致水质故障点较难发现,解决问题耗费的人力、物力及时间较多。通过对在线仪表的有效分配,准确分析每个环境水质情况,优化了汽水取样系统以确保在线仪表的可靠性及准确性。同时,结合在线仪表测量数据,高效准确地发现汽水系统存在的问题及其原因,形成一个完整高效的监测系统,提高了整体煤气化联合循环水系统的监测准确性、及时性、可靠性。
The steam-water system of IGCC power plants is more complicated than that of traditional thermal power plants,which includes not only the conventional power island steam-water system,but also gasification island,purification island,air separation island steam-water systems.The complex steam-water system will inevitably lead to new problems,such as,easy deterioration of overall water quality,increase in the water quality failure points,large variation of steam-water quality and so on.As a result,it will be difficult to find the cause of water quality failures,and it will cost a lot more manpower,material resources and time to solve the problem.Through the efficient distribution of on-line instruments,the water quality in different environments is analyzed,and the steamwater sampling system is optimized to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the online instrument.At the same time,based on the measurement data of on-line instrument,the problems and their causes of the steam-water system can be discovered efficiently and accurately,and a complete and efficient monitoring system is formed,which improves the monitoring accuracy,timeliness and reliability of the IGCC steam-water system.
