摘要
小檗碱是黄连、黄柏等中药中的主要化学活性成分,具有抗菌、抗胃溃疡、抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血脂以及抗心脑血管疾病等多种药理作用。然而,小檗碱水溶性差、生物利用度低,限制了其开发应用。纳米制剂具有颗粒小、比表面积大等优点,药物纳米化可增强药物疗效,改善难溶药物的口服吸收,实现药物的缓、控释等。本文通过对小檗碱纳米制剂的研究进行综述,为小檗碱纳米制剂的开发和应用提供思路。
Berberine is the main chemical active ingredient extracted from Coptis Chinensis and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis.It has many pharmacological effects such as antibacterial,anti-gastric ulcer,anti-tumor,lowering blood sugar,lowering blood lipids,and anti-cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.However,the poor water solubility and low bioavailability of berberine limit its development and application.Nanopreparation has the advantages of small particle size and large specific surface area.It can enhance drug efficacy,improve the oral absorption of insoluble drugs,and achieve slow and controlled release of drugs.In this paper,the research of berberine nanopreparations is reviewed,which provides ideas for the development and application of berberine nanopreparations.
