在煤化工装置中,设置于储煤场地坑内的卸煤装置普遍存在运行稳定性差、密封性能不好以及所需地坑深度较大的问题,导致建设成本高,生产环境差。为解决以上问题,根据煤的物料特性,对多螺旋输送机进行了选型设计计算,将其作为卸煤设备,应用于储煤场卸煤装置中,有效降低了卸煤装置安装高度,提高了卸煤装置的运行稳定性,并减少了煤粉的泄露。对降低卸煤装置的生产建设成本、改善工作人员生产作业环境作用显著。
