摘要
催化裂化装置的烟气处理单元是实现环保达标排放的核心单元。国内催化裂化烟气处理技术多采用湿法脱硫和除尘一体化设备,但也带来脱硫浆液富集的颗粒物磨损设备与管道、废水含高浓度催化剂细粉搜集后需要频繁清理的问题。介绍了某石化企业炼油项目新建280万t/a催化裂化装置,为了满足装置的环保指标要求,经方案比选论证烟气脱硫除尘单元选择袋式除尘+钠法碱洗技术。重点介绍了袋式除尘器相关建设、系统配置特点和运行初期概况。
The flue gas treatment unit of FCC unit is the core unit to achieve environmental protection emission standard.The domestic FCC flue gas treatment mostly adopts wet desulfurization,in the equipment dust removing is integrated.This technology also brings the problem of wearing equipment and pipeline by particulate matters enriched in the slurry,and the waste water containing high concentration of catalyst fine powder needs to be cleaned up frequently.This paper introduces a newly built 2.8 million t/a FCC unit in a petrochemical enterprise's project.In order to meet the environmental protection requirements,the bag filter+sodium alkaline washing technology is chosen in the flue gas desulfurization and dust removal unit through scheme comparison and demonstration.This paper focuses on construction,system configuration characteristics and initial operation situation of the bag filter.
