“一带一路”背景下装备制造业国际化技术技能人才培养策略探析

Strategies of Cultivating International Technical Talents of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Under the Background of the Belt and Road

我国装备制造业在高质量共建“一带一路”中发挥着关键作用,然而,装备制造业国际化技术技能人才短缺制约了我国装备制造业的国际化进程。高校作为人才培养的主阵地,可从加快教学模式与国际接轨的进程、加强师资队伍国际化建设、提升实践教学国际化水平、培养学生的国际化素养、建立行业国际导师制度等方面培养具备国际视野、专业技术能力、跨文化沟通与协作能力、创新与学习能力、适应与调整能力的装备制造业国际化技术技能人才。

Equipment manufacturing industry in China plays a key role in high-quality co-construction of the Belt and Road,however,the shortage of international technical talents in equipment manufacturing industry restricts the internationalization of equipment manufacturing industry.Colleges and universities,as the main training base for talent cultivation,can cultivate international technical talents with global view and abilities of professional technology,cross-culture communication and collaboration,innovation and learning,and adaptation and adjustment for the equipment manufacturing industry by accelerating the process of integrating teaching models with international standards,strengthening the construction of international teaching staff,enhancing international practical teaching,cultivating students’international literacy,and establishing an international mentor system for the industry.
