摘要
高等教育质量具有方向性与系统性、统一性与多样性、外显性与内隐性、永恒性与阶段性特性。以“五唯”为标志的过度量化评价和量化管理,导致了高等教育发展中数字崇拜、功利主义、管理主义盛行,引发了一系列违背教育规律的行为。改变此种现象,需要按照文化自身发展规律,强化高等教育质量文化建设,减少过多过密评价项目,合理使用评价结果,加强自我评价,把握评价节奏,营造良好的质量文化氛围。
The quality of higher education has many characteristics,such as directionality,comprehensiveness,systematicness,unity and diversity,implicitness and explicitness,and permanence and temporariness.For a long time,excessive quantitative evaluation and quantitative management marked by“Five-only”have led to the prevalence of digital worship,utilitarianism and managerialism in the development of higher education,and caused a series of violations of the laws of education.To change this phenomenon,it is necessary to strengthen the cultural construction of higher education quality according to the law of cultural self-development,reduce too many close evaluation items,use evaluation results reasonably,strengthen self-evaluation and grasp the rhythm of evaluation to create a good quality culture atmosphere.
