摘要
碳纤维以其优异的物理化学性能广泛应用于国民经济的各个领域,呈现出高速增长的发展趋势。然而,碳纤维制备过程复杂、流程长、能耗高,致使价格高企,限制其更大范围应用。碳纤维在风电叶片的生命周期评价结果表明,其在能源回收周期和碳回收周期方面具有明显优势,是实现环境可持续发展的可信赖材料。碳纤维绿色低碳化技术是推动碳纤维产业持续、健康向更广领域扩展的必由之路,也是加快形成新质生产力和壮大碳纤维产业发展新动能的重要途径。碳纤维原丝及其制备过程、原丝氧化碳化过程和碳纤维回收再利用过程的绿色低碳化是实现碳纤维产业绿色低碳化的主要路径。
Carbon fibers,renowned for their superior physicochemical properties,are extensively utilized across various sectors of the national economy,exhibiting a rapidly growing development trend.The preparation process of carbon fibers is complex and long,and the energy consumption is high,resulting in high costs that limit their broader and more voluminous application.The life cycle assessments of carbon fibers in wind turbine blades have demonstrated significant advantages in Energy Payback Time and Carbon Payback Time,establishing them as reliable materials for achieving sustainable environmental development.The green and low-carbon technology of carbon fibers represents an essential pathway for the continuous,healthy expansion of the carbon fiber industry into broader domains,as well as a critical approach to accelerate the formation of new productive forces and enhance the development momentum of the carbon fiber industry.The greening and carbon reduction of carbon fiber precursor filaments,their preparation processes,the carbonization of precursor filaments,and the recycling and reuse of carbon fibers,are the principal pathways for achieving a green and low-carbon transition in the carbon fiber industry.
