摘要
某公司目前有两套裂解汽油加氢装置,生产期间均多次发生脱C5塔和脱C9塔以及再沸器聚合现象,且聚合后常规处理方式耗时费力,效果不佳。通过理论结合实际,使用加氢汽油热浸泡较好解决了此问题。加氢汽油热浸泡后再使用常规处理方式效果更佳,聚合物更容易去除,平均节省检修费10万元/次。
At present,Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.has two sets of cracking gasoline hydrogenation units.During the production of the unit,polymerization of the five decarbonizing towers and the nine decarbonizing towers as well as their reboilers has occurred for many times,and the conventional treatment method after polymerization is not effective,which consumes time and power.Therefore,the unit has solved this problem perfectly by taking bold assumptions,combining theory with practice,and using hot immersion of hydrogenation gasoline.It is very effective to use the conventional treatment method after hot soaking of hydrogenated gasoline,which is very easy to remove the polymer and greatly saves maintenance costs.
