应对汽油质量升级的生产技术措施探讨

摘要 随着国家环保标准提高,汽油质量持续升级以满足要求。在全球能源领域绿色低碳转型的大趋势下,国内新能源汽车产业快速发展,成品油消费进入微涨达峰的平台期,随后将呈现逐步下降趋势。汽油减量与质量升级同步实施,炼厂需提前规划炼油工艺技术进步。根据北京市提前实施的地方汽油质量标准,下一步升级主要聚焦烯烃、芳烃含量及馏程等几个指标,通过催化汽油精制、重整汽油甲苯歧化、重芳烃轻质化等技术措施提高油品质量,以适应“双碳”战略要求。 With the improvement of national environmental protection standards,the quality of gasoline continues to upgrade to meet environmental emission requirements.Under the trend of global green and low-carbon transformation in the energy industry,the domestic new energy vehicles are developing rapidly,and the consumption of gasoline has entered a plateau period of peak growth,followed by a gradual downward trend.The simultaneous implementation of gasoline reduction and quality upgrading requires refineries to plan ahead for technological advancements in refining processes.According to the local gasoline quality standards implemented in advance in Beijing,the next step of quality upgrading will mainly focus on several indicators such as olefin,aromatic hydrocarbon content,and distillation range.While reducing gasoline production,the quality of oil products will be improved.Technical measures such as catalytic gasoline refining,reforming gasoline toluene disproportionation,and heavy aromatic hydrocarbon lightweighting will be taken to improve the quality of oil products and achieve the quality standards for blended gasoline.
