摘要
课题组前期试验结果表明,钢丝绳-聚合物砂浆面层交叉条带加固可以提高砌体墙的抗剪承载力,但对于抑制砌体墙尤其是高宽比大于1.5的砌体墙受弯破坏和弯剪破坏的效果不够理想。为进一步研究条带法对加固砌体墙抗震性能的影响,设计制作了1面未加固墙、2面交叉条带加固墙和2面竖向-交叉条带加固墙试件,并进行了拟静力试验。结果表明:交叉条带可提高墙体各阶段荷载,但对高窄墙试件受弯破坏和弯剪破坏的抑制效果不明显;竖向条带可显著降低宏观弯矩对墙体的影响,对高窄墙试件的作用尤为明显,与没有竖向条带的高窄墙试件相比,经竖向条带加固后的高窄墙试件各阶段荷载均有显著提高,滞回曲线更加饱满,耗能能力和延性性能更好。分析了组合墙体的破坏机理,推导了组合墙体的抗弯承载力计算公式和抗剪承载力计算公式,并通过试验数据拟合得到了组合墙体抗剪承载力计算公式的参数。
The preliminary tests of the research group show that the wire rope-polymer mortar surface layer cross strip can improve the shear capacity of the masonry wall,but the effect of restraining the bending and shear failure of the masonry wall is not ideal,especially for the wall with a height to width ratio more than 1.5.In order to further study the influence of strip reinforcement method on seismic performance of reinforced masonry structures,one unreinforced wall,two cross strip reinforced walls and two vertical-cross strip reinforced walls were designed,and the quasi-static tests were carried out.The test results show that the cross strip is helpful to increase the load of the wall at each stage,but the restraining effect on the bending and shear failure of the high-narrow wall is not obvious.The vertical strip can significantly reduce the influence of macroscopic bending moment on the wall,especially on the high-narrow wall specimens.Compared with the high-narrow wall specimens without vertical strip,the load of the high-narrow wall specimens strengthened by vertical strip has been significantly improved at all stages,and the hysteresis curve of the specimen is more plump,and the energy dissipation capacity and ductility have been improved.The failure mechanism of the combined wall was analyzed.The calculation formula of the flexural and shear capacity of the combined wall was derived.The parameters of shear capacity formula of the combined wall were obtained by fitting the test data.
