摘要
劳动教育是高职院校培养学生实践能力、职业素养及社会主义核心价值观的重要手段,在本科层次职业教育人才培养中显得尤为重要。然而,从现有职业本科大学劳动教育开展的现状看,普遍存在劳动教育课程缺乏系统性、劳动教育实践缺乏创新性、劳动教育实施主体缺乏多元性等问题,不利于实现高素质技能型人才德智体美劳的全面培养,应围绕课程体系、实践模式、师资队伍、劳动教育体系以及劳动教育评价与激励机制建设探寻路径,以提升劳动教育成效,促进学生全面发展。
Labor education is an important way to cultivating students’practical ability,professional quality and core socialist values in higher vocational colleges,which is particularly important in the talent training of undergraduate-level vocational education.However,from the current situation of labor education implemented in undergraduate-level vocational colleges,there are some problems such as insufficient systematic labor education curriculum,less innovation in labor education practice and less pluralism in implementation subjects of labor education,which goes against the realization of the comprehensive cultivation on morality,wisdom,physique,aestheticism and labor for high-quality skilled talents.Hence,it is necessary to probe into the ways to construction centering on curriculum system,practice mode,teaching staff,labor education system and the system for labor education evaluation and incentive mechanism,so as to improve the effectiveness of labor education and facilitate students’all-round development.
