免加热直轧工艺钢筋在模拟混凝土孔隙液中的耐腐蚀性能

摘要 采用电化学测试和浸泡实验等方法,研究了免加热直轧(DROF)钢筋和传统加热炉轧制(THR)钢筋在模拟混凝土孔隙液中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:与THR钢筋相比,DROF钢筋的组织晶粒度细化,在不同浓度Cl-溶液中,DROF钢筋都具有更低的自腐蚀电流密度、更高的自腐蚀电位和更高的阻抗值,耐腐蚀性能更好;腐蚀质量损失实验表明,DROF钢筋基体表面腐蚀坑较小,且拥有较低的腐蚀速率和较少的点蚀坑。试样表面的腐蚀产物主要成分为Fe_(3)O_(4)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、α-FeOOH、γ-FeOOH。 Corrosion resistance of direct rolling of free-heating(DROF)steel bars and traditional hot rolling(THR)steel bars in simulated concrete pore solution was studied using electrochemical testing and immersion testing.The results show that compared with the THR steel bars,the DROF steel bars have finer grain size,in different concentrations of Cl-solution,the DROF steel bars have lower self corrosion current density,higher self corrosion potential and higher impedance value,and better corrosion resistance.The corrosion mass loss experiment shows that the corrosion pits on the surface of the DROF steel bars matrix are small,and it has a lower corrosion rate and fewer pitting pits.The main components of corrosion products on the surface of the sample are Fe_(3)O_(4),Fe_(2)O_(3),α-FeOOH andγ-FeOOH.
