Research on the Development Path of Digital Empowerment for the Smart Elderly Care Industry in Heilongjiang Province

随着人口老龄化程度不断加深,黑龙江省养老产业发展面临较大机遇和挑战,智慧养老成为数字时代养老产业的重要模式。研究在分析黑龙江省智慧养老产业发展现状的基础上,对数字赋能黑龙江省智慧养老产业发展进行SWOT分析,从制度政策规范化、服务终端智能化、数字产业共享化、人才培养系统化等方面提出数字赋能黑龙江省智慧养老产业发展提升路径,以期助推黑龙江省智慧养老产业在数字经济背景下实现纵深发展。

With the deepening of the aging of the population,the development of the elderly care industry in Heilongjiang Province is facing great opportunities and challenges,and smart elderly care has become an important model of the elderly care industry in the digital era.Based on the analysis of the development status of the smart elderly care industry in Heilongjiang Province,this paper carries out a SWOT analysis on the development of digital empowerment for the smart elderly care industry in Heilongjiang Province.Finally,from the aspects of system and policy standardization,service terminal intelligentization,digital industry sharing,talent training systematization,etc.,it proposes the promotion path for the development of digital empowerment for the smart elderly care industry in Heilongjiang Province,in order to promote the smart elderly care industry in Heilongjiang Province to achieve indepth development under the background of digital economy.
