摘要
借助Abaqus有限元仿真软件进行了关于摩擦副材料特性对表面接触状态影响的分析。通过构建基于温度变化的灰铸铁制动盘与半金属摩擦片的接触模型,对摩擦界面的热力耦合进行了分析。结果表明:制动盘与摩擦片的高温分布呈现相似性,均为内侧温度整体高于外侧温度,制动盘的温度先上升后下降,摩擦片达到最高值后保持平台分布,制动盘的外侧均呈现最高的位移分布与应力分布。实验结果为未来汽车制动系统的材料设计提供理论依据。
This paper studies the influence of material characteristics friction pair on the surface contact state by using Abaqus finite element simulation software.The thermal coupling of the friction interface is analyzed by constructing a contact model between gray cast iron brake disc and semi-metal friction plate based on temperature change.The results show that the high temperature distribution of the brake disc and the friction disc is similar,the inner temperature is higher than the outer temperature,the temperature of the brake disc raises first and then declines,the friction disc maintains the platform distribution after reaching the highest value,and the outer side of the brake disc presents the highest displacement distribution and stress distribution.The experimental results provide theoretical basis for material design of friction system in the future.
