摘要
停车难、行车难是城市化进程发展到一定阶段不可避免的产物,针对国家提出的“新基建”、“绿色转型”等政策,城市向地下空间延伸已是不可逆转的趋势。该文提出U-PARK智慧停车创新理念,依托南京示范工程,阐述了建筑、结构、高密度立体停车架构、智慧管理系统设计,引入了适合于密集建筑区超深地下空间开发的机械掘进悬吊拼装竖井施工工艺,并对投融资模式、经济效益及运营模式进行简要分析,对衍生技术的未来应用场景进行展望。
Difficulty in parking and driving is an inevitable product of the development of urbanization to a certain stage,in response to policies such as"new infrastructure"and"green transformation"proposed by the country,the extension of cities to underground space has become an irreversible trend.This article proposes the innovative concept of U-PARK intelligent parking,and based on the Nanjing demonstration project,elaborates on the design of architecture,structure,high-density three-dimensional parking architecture,and intelligent management system.It introduces the suspended segmental shaft automatic mechanical method suitable for the development of ultra-deep underground spaces in densely populated areas,and briefly analyzes the investment and financing mode,economic benefits,and operation mode.It also looks forward to the future application scenarios of derivative technologies.
