矫治效率是评价矫治技术或矫治器的重要指标,也是正畸医师和患者会重点关注和考虑的因素。随着正畸新理念和新技术的不断涌现,面对种类繁多的矫治策略、矫治技术和矫治器,准确评估和比较其矫治效率也变得越发重要。目前存在多种评估错[牙合]畸形矫治效率的方法,包括矫治时间或矫治结果的比较,单位时间内矫治效果的比较,如对比移动速率或效率指数,当涉及实际位移和预期位移时表达效率的比较。这些方法均有其各自的适用范围和局限性。本文回顾了近年来涉及错[牙合]畸形矫治效率评估的相关研究,梳理和分析了已有的评估方法,分别阐述了各种方法的具体内涵、使用前提、适用范围及其局限性,并结合数字化技术在正畸领域的运用,对未来如何改进现有方法以达到准确评估错[牙合]畸形矫治效率的目的提出了展望。

Treatment efficiency is a crucial parameter for assessing orthodontic techniques or appliances,drawing significant attention from both orthodontists and patients.With the continual emergence of new orthodontic concepts and technologies,the accurate evaluation and comparison of treatment efficiency become increasingly important amidst a diverse array of orthodontic strategies,technologies and appliances.Currently,various methods exist for evaluating the treatment efficiency of malocclusion,encompassing comparisons of treatment time,treatment outcomes,movement rates,efficiency indices,and the comparison actual vs.expected displacement.Each method has its distinct scope of application and limitations.This review focuses on the recent studies related to the evaluation of the correction efficiency,providing an analysis of existing evaluation methods.The review elaborates on the connotations,prerequisites,scope of application and limitations of each method.Furthermore,it proposes future improvements to existing methods,particularly in connection with the application of digital technology in the field of orthodontics,aiming to achieve precise evaluation of malocclusion treatment efficiency.
