“双师型”教师培训基地建设探究与实践——以深圳信息职业技术学院为例

摘要 职业教育的发展离不开“双师型”教师队伍的培养培训。以深圳信息职业技术学院国家级“双师型”教师培训基地建设为例,探讨从训前培训目标制定、训中培训过程管理和训后培训结果评价三大维度,构建以标准研制为引领,以产教融合、技术创新、课程打造为核心,以质量监控为支撑的“五位一体”教师培养培训体系;构建以职业院校为主体、核心企业参与产教融合的多元师资培养培训格局,为促进职业院校教师专业发展和实现职业教育现代化提供师资保障。 The development of vocational education is inseparable from the cultivation and training of"doublequalified"teacher teams.Taking the construction of the national-level"double-qualified"teacher training base at Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology as an example,this paper discusses the establishment of a"five-inone"teacher training system from three dimensions:pre-training goal setting,in-training process management,and post-training outcome evaluation.This system is led by standard research and setting,centered on the integration of industry and education,technological innovation,and curriculum development,and supported by quality monitoring.It also aims to build a diverse teacher training pattern that primarily involves vocational colleges and core enterprises participating in the integration of production and education,providing a guarantee of teaching resources for the professional development of vocational college teachers and the modernization of vocational education.
