高校“一站式社区”服务育人模式与路径探究——以“先锋驿站”为例

Exploration on the Mode and Path of"One-stop Community"Service and Education in Colleges and Universities——Taking"Xianfeng Station"as an Example

随着高校“学分制”“大类培养”等教学改革的实施推进,传统班级制的学生管理模式受到挑战。而如何落实“三全育人”,打通育人“最后一公里”,成为高校实现人才培养目标的关键问题。为此,文章以“先锋驿站”为案例,通过走访调研、问卷及访谈等形式,对高校“一站式”学生社区的现状进行深入剖析。面对“一站式”学生社区存在的问题,文章针对性地提出相关构建策略。

With the implementation and promotion of teaching reforms such as the"credit system"and"general category training"in universities,the traditional class based student management model is being challenged.How to implement the"three comprehensive education"and bridge the"last mile"of education has become a key issue for universities to achieve talent cultivation goals.Therefore,the article will take"Pioneer Station"as a case study and conduct in-depth analysis of the current situation of"one-stop"student communities in universities through visits,surveys,and interviews.In the face of the problems existing in the"one-stop"student community,the article proposes targeted construction strategies.
