In the new era,the importance of technological innovation is increasingly prominent.As the birthplace of technological innovation,universities shoulder the important responsibility of the times for technological self-reliance and self-improvement.Research management work is an important support for ensuring the smooth development of scientific research in universities,and plays an indispensable role in the process of scientific and technological innovation.The article elaborates on the current situation of scientific research management in secondary colleges ofuniversities from three aspects:connotation,extension,and requirements,analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings,and proposes innovative ideas and measures for scientific research management in secondary colleges of universities to meet the requirements of the new era,aiming to provide strong support for achieving high-quality development of scientific research in universities.
