摘要
2023年,江苏省举办了第二届全国职业技能大赛茶艺项目省内选拔赛和餐饮行业职业技能竞赛茶艺赛项两个省级茶艺类比赛,众多院校的选手参与了大赛选拔,这说明茶艺在职业教育中的地位不断提升。文章以省级茶艺职业技能大赛为标准,深入研读竞赛指南,全面剖析赛项得分要点,分析指出了传统教学方法下院校教师的教学能力与学生的参赛能力均不具优势的现状,并从这两个方面提出了在省级职业技能大赛背景下推动茶艺课程教学改革的方法与途径。
In 2023,Jiangsu Province held two provincial-level tea art competitions,the Second National Vocational Skills Competition Tea Art Project Provincial Selection and the Provincial Catering Industry Vocational Skills Competition Tea Art Competition.Numerous university contestants participated in the competition selection,which also indicates that the status of tea art in vocational education is constantly improving.This article takes the provincial tea art vocational skills competition as the standard,thoroughly studies the competition guide,comprehensively analyzes the key points of competition scores,analyzes and points out the current situation where the teaching ability of college teachers and the competition ability of students are not superior under traditional teaching methods,and proposes methods and approaches for tea art curriculum teaching reform under the background of provincial vocational skills competitions from these two aspects.
