“双高-职本”双轮驱动导向下高职教育转型探索

Exploration of the Transformation of Vocational Education under the Dual Wheel Drive Guidance of"Double High-levels Plan-Higher Vocational Undergraduate

新时代“双高计划”和职业本科成为高等职业教育实现高质量发展的有力抓手。双轮驱动发展的理念能够有效促进高等职业院校内涵提升和转型升级,对接高质量发展的目标。本研究以“双高—职本”的双轮驱动因素为切入点,通过完善高等职业教育在创新发展环境下“为什么转”“转什么”“怎么转”的逻辑框架,重点剖析了高等职业教育“转型问题的由来”“转型问题的实质”以及“转型问题的方向突破”,从思想、课程、师资、项目、数字、质量六个方向为高等职业院校实现转型突破提供可行性参考与建设指南。

In the new era,the"double high Plan"and the vocational undergraduate have become a powerful starting point for higher vocational education to achieve high-quality development.This development concept of two-wheel drive can effectively promote the upgrading and transformation of higher vocational colleges,so as to meet the goal of high-quality development.This study takes the two-wheel driving factor of"double high-job base"as the starting point,improves the logical framework of"why","what"and"how"of higher vocational education under the environment of innovation and development,and focuses on the problems of"the origin of the transformation problem","the essence of the transformation problem"and"the breakthrough of the transformation problem"in higher vocational education.Based on this,it provides a feasible reference and construction guide for higher vocational colleges to achieve breakthroughs from the six directions of"ideology,curriculum,teachers,projects,numbers and quality".
