摘要
教育公平是社会公平的基础。教育公平贯穿资助育人工作全过程,而在资助育人工作实践中存在工作主体较为单一、工作机制不够健全、工作体系不够完备等现实问题,让教育公平的实现产生争议。文章结合“三全育人”理念,构建联合多元主体参与实现全员资助育人、健全资助育人机制实现全过程资助育人、完善资助育人体系实现全方位资助育人,进一步促进教育公平的实现。
Educational equity is the foundation of social equity.Educational equity runs through the entire process of supporting education,but in the practice of supporting education,there are practical problems such as a single work subject,inadequate work mechanisms,and incomplete work systems,which have led to disputes in achieving educational equity.The article combines the concept of"three comprehensive education"'to construct a joint participation of multiple subjects to achieve full staff funding education,improve the funding education mechanism to achieve full process funding education,improve the funding education system to achieve all-round funding education,and further promote the realization of educational equity.
