摘要
下沉式培训是福建省教育厅为推动优质资源覆盖乡村,提升乡村教师培训实效而提出的举措。文章基于学习动机、输血与造血等理论,提出构建“四段式·3444”培训模式,以乡村教师为主体,通过“下沉调研、下沉集训、下沉跟踪、下沉反馈”四阶段的活动,以需求识别下沉为前提,多元资源下沉为核心,种子教师培养为突破,成果展示为带动,各阶段策略的有效融合为关键,实现学用匹配下沉、乡村教师专业素质有效提升的目标。
Sinking training is a new measure proposed by the Education Department of Fujian Province to promote the coverage of high-quality resources in rural areas and improve the effectiveness of rural teacher training.Based on the theories of learning motivation,blood transfusion,and hematopoiesis,the article proposes the construction of a"four stage 3444"training model,with rural teachers as the main body.Through four stages of activities such as"sinking research,sinking training,sinking tracking,and sinking feedback",with demand identification sinking as the premise,multi resource sinking as the core,seed teacher training as the breakthrough,achievement display as the driving force,and effective integration of strategies in each stage as the key,the goal of matching learning and application sinking and effectively improving the professional quality of rural teachers is achieved.
