我国装饰装修材料污染物限量标准体系现状

Current situation of pollutant limitation standard system for decorative and construction materials in China

摘要 为保障室内环境,我国建立了以2类装饰装修材料污染物限量标准为主的标准体系:第一类以直接控制建材污染物含量或释放量为目标,关注建材本身的理化性能;第二类以通过室内污染物水平预评估优化建材选择为目标,侧重通过合理的建材选择预防室内污染。分析了这2类标准的特点和适用范围,指出未来发展的方向是以控制室内环境整体污染物水平为目标的事前控制方法。提出了我国装饰装修材料污染物限量标准的发展建议,以加强污染物限量标准体系的完善和实施,保障室内环境的质量和人们的健康。 In order to ensure the indoor environmental quality,China has established a standard system mainly based on two categories of standards related to pollutant limitation for decorative and construction materials.One category aims to directly control the content or release of pollutants in building materials,focusing on the physical and chemical properties of the building materials themselves.The other category aims to optimize the selection of building materials through the pre-assessment of indoor pollutant levels,focusing on preventing indoor pollution through the reasonable selection of building materials.The characteristics and scope of application of these two categories of standards are analysed,and it is pointed out that the future direction lies in the“prevention control”approach that targets the overall level of indoor pollutants.Suggestions for the development of standards related to pollutant limits for decorative and construction materials in China are proposed to strengthen the formulation and implementation of the pollutant limitation standard system,thus safeguarding the indoor environmental quality and people s health.
