摘要
课程教学团队以东莞理工学院工业工程专业“应用统计学”课程为例,从教学目标的制定、教学设计、达成度分析等三方面总结在OBE理念指导下的教学改革探索与实践。在教学目标制定方面,按照OBE逆向思维的方式构建了“人才培养目标—毕业要求—支撑毕业要求指标点—课程教学目标”的完整路径。在教学设计方面,围绕教学目标的实现探索问题导向式教学,提出了具有课程特色的“问题—方法—工具”教学实施方法。最后,达成度分析作为教学改革实践效果的评价基准,给后续深化教学改革指明了方向。
Taking the Industrial Engineering major at Dongguan University of Technology as an example,the team summarized the exploration and practice of teaching reform of Applied Statistics course under the guidance of the OBE concept in three aspects:formulation of teaching objectives,teaching design and achievement analysis.In terms of the formulation of teaching objectives,the team has constructed a complete path of“talent training objectives-graduation requirements-supporting graduation requirements index points-course teaching objectives”according to the OBE reverse thinking approach.In terms of teaching design,the team explored problemoriented teaching around the realization of teaching objectives and proposed a“problem-method-tool”teaching implementation method with course characteristics.Finally,the achievement analysis serves as a benchmark for evaluating the effectiveness of the teaching reform,and provides a direction for further teaching reform.
