财务共享模式是一种新型的财务管理模式,能够加强业务部门与财务部门的联系,更好地整合企业内部的资源;同时,财务人员还可以对财务和业务数据进行汇总、对比和整合分析,为企业经营决策提供准确的信息支持。文章对财务共享模式进行深入研究,从财务管理理念、财务核算、财务组织机构变革与信息化建设与财务共享平台应用五个方面,深入阐述了共享中心有效运行的方法,进一步实现企业经济利益最大化目标。

Financial sharing mode is a new type of financial management mode.It can strengthen the contact between business and financial department,better integrate the internal resources of the enterprise.At the same time,financial personnel can also summarize,compare and integrate the financial and business data,to provide accurate information support for enterprise business decisions.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the financial sharing mode,from the five aspects of financial management concept,financial accounting,financial organization reform and information construction and financial sharing platform application,deeply expounds the effective operation methods of the sharing center,and further realizes the goal of maximizing the economic interests of enterprises.
