In recent years,influenced by many factors such as the reform of the supply side in China,enterprises are facing more and more risks when carrying out investment and financing activities.In order to ensure enterprises to get the smooth achievement of the expected income goal,the relevant personnel should strengthen the risk management of investment and financing activities.Based on this,from the perspective of the value of enterprise investment and financing management,this paper analyzes the importance of investment and financing activities for enterprise development and the problems that enterprises need to face in investment and financing management and gives corresponding optimization suggestions,hoping to help enterprises improve the overall economic benefits as soon as possible.
