浅议如何加强国有企业财务管理与控制

国有企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,在新时期经济高质量发展阶段始终发挥着中流砥柱的作用。随着全国统一大市场建成,此类企业参与全球同行业竞争过程中,既要提升财务管理水平,又要加强对外部风险和内部风险的有效防范。文章以此为出发点剖析了财务风险成因与控制问题,分别从内部控制、技术赋能、队伍建设三个层面,提出了几点有利于防范财务风险的对策建议。

State-owned enterprises are an important part of the national economy.It always play a mainstay role in the stage of highquality economic development in the new era.With the completion of the national unified large market,such enterprises should not only improve the level of financial management in the process of participating in the global industry competition,but also strengthen the effective prevention of external risks and internal risks.Based on this,the paper analyzes the causes and control problems of financial risk,and puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions that are conducive to preventing financial risk from three aspects:internal control,technical empowerment and team construction.
