随着我国市场经济的飞速发展,经济制度也在不断完善,其中经济法作为经济制度的一种表现形式,对市场经济的作用至关重要。文章认为,对市场经济活动采取有效的干预以及调控措施,使得经济资源得到合理配置,引导市场经济活动有序规范,以及运用经济法对国家经济进行宏观调控、管理市场秩序、稳定企业发展等均有重要意义。

With the rapid development of China's market economy,the economic system is also constantly improving.Among them,economic law,as a manifestation of the economic system,plays a crucial role in the market economy.This paper proposes effective intervention and regulatory measures should be taken for market economic activities to ensure the rational allocation of economic resources,guide orderly and standardized market economic activities and apply economic law to macroeconomic regulation of the national economy,manage market order and stabilize enterprise development,all of which are of great significance.
