护肝布祖热颗粒治疗药物性肝损伤的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Hugan Buzure Granules in the Treatment of Drug-Induced Liver Injury

目的探讨护肝布祖热颗粒治疗药物性肝损伤的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院61例抗精神病药致药物性肝损伤患者,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(31例)。对照组在常规抗精神病用药治疗的基础上服用甘草酸二铵胶囊,观察组在常规抗精神病用药治疗基础上服用护肝布祖热颗粒,比较两组患者治疗6周后的临床疗效、肝功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗6周后,肝功能谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)降低,指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医症候积分均有明显改善(P<0.05),且两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论观察组在降低抗精神病药所致药物性肝损伤患者肝功能ALT、AST指标上优于对照组,起到较好的保肝护肝的作用,可有效帮助患者改善恶心呕吐、口干口苦等临床症状,且用药安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Hugan Buzure granules in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury.Methods Sixty-one patients with drug-induced liver injury caused by antipsychotic drugs were collected from our hospital and randomly divided into the observatlon group(30 cases)and the control group(31 cases).The control group took diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules on the basis of conventional antipsychotic drug treatment,and the observatlon group took Hugan Buzure granules on the basis of conventional antipsychotic drug treatment.The clinical efficacy,liver function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after 6 weeks of treatment.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,levels of liver function indicators such as alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the observatlon group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and no obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Hugan Buzure granules has good therapeutic effectsin reducing the liver function ALT and AST indicators in patients with drug-induced liver injury caused by antipsychotic drugs,which played a better role in protecting the liver and effectively helped patients improve clinical symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,dry mouth and bitter taste.The medication was safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
