高校农业机械化及其自动化专业教学改革创新探索——以“农产品加工”课程为例

Exploration on the Teaching Reform and Innovation of Agricultural Mechanization and Automation in Colleges and Universities:Taking Processing of Agricultural Product as an Example

摘要 专业课程教学改革与创新是高校主动适应立德树人建设教育强国形势,将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要举措。以农业机械化及其自动化专业课程“农产品加工”为例,分析了专业课程在传统教学中存在的问题,从深化教育理念、遴选精致教材、改革教学方法、优化课程内容、加强课程思政、完善实践体系、提升教师团队等方面对专业课程进行了教学改革与创新探索,以培养符合我国社会主义新农村建设及现代农业发展需求的应用复合型人才。 The reform and innovation of professional curriculum teaching is an important measure for colleges and universities to actively adapt to the situation of building a strong educational country by building morality and cultivating talents,integrate value shaping,knowledge imparting and ability training,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical integrity,beauty and labor.Taking the agricultural mechanization and automation specialized course“Processing of Agricultural Products”as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional teaching of specialized courses,and explores the teaching reform and innovation of specialized courses from the aspects of deepening the educational concept,selecting fine textbooks,reforming teaching methods,optimizing course content,strengthening curriculum ideology and politics,improving the practice system,and enhancing the team of teachers to cultivate application-oriented talents who meet the needs of China’s new socialist countryside construction and modern agricultural development.
