创新型人才培养对于国家发展和社会进步具有重要战略意义。构建契合自身特点的大学生创新能力培养体系,培育更多高素质、高质量的创新型人才,是时代赋予高校的重要使命之一。结合石家庄铁道大学的创新创业教育实际情况,对创新创业教育工作进行全过程、全覆盖、全链条的顶层设计,从管理机构与机制的建立、“课堂引领+实践训练+竞赛磨炼+科研锤炼”的组合式设计、创新创业平台的建设、信息共建共享平台的建设、教师创新创业教育能力的提升、创新创业氛围的营造、创新创业社团的组建、学生创新能力培养评价体系的构建等八个方面入手,以期构建一个以实践为导向的科学、系统、成熟的大学生创新能力培养体系,实现应用型、复合型、创新型高素质人才培育。

The cultivation of innovative talents has important strategic significance for national development and social progress.It is one of the important missions of the times for colleges and universities to build an innovative ability training system for university students that fits their own characteristics and cultivate more high-quality and high-quality innovative talents.Based on the actual situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Shijiazhuang TieDao University,the top design of the whole process,full coverage and full chain of innovation and entrepreneurship education is carried out.The research starts from eight aspects,namely,the establishment of management institutions and mechanisms,the combined design of classroom guidance+practical training+competition training+scientific research training,the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship platform,the construction of information co-construction and sharing platform,the improvement of teachers’innovation and entrepreneurship education ability,the creation of innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere,the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship associations,and the construction of the evaluation system for the cultivation of students’innovation ability.The purpose is to build a practice-oriented,scientific,systematic and mature cultivation system of university students’innovative ability,and to cultivate application-oriented,compound and innovative high-quality talents.
