影响研究生学位论文质量的全要素分析

摘要 研究生学位论文质量的全要素分析是衡量研究生知识水平、科研能力、综合素质等培养质量的重要依据。目前研究生论文质量要素与评价机制存在缺少规范化表征与客观性验证的问题,亟须通过学位论文质量的全要素分析,构建兼顾定量与定性的评价机制。通过研究生学位论文质量全要素分析,提出一种多准则评价机制。从论文质量及其体现的培养素质层面重新分类细化研究生学位论文影响要素。采用层次分析法设计一种基于全要素分析的多准则评价机制,建立客观合理的评价体系。采用国内某“双一流”建设高校研究生学位论文验证分析,表明所提评价机制能够客观衡量论文水平,为科学评价研究生学位论文质量提供量化依据。 The total factor analysis of graduate thesis quality is an important basis to evaluate the training quality of graduate students,such as knowledge level,scientific research ability and comprehensive quality.At present,the thesis quality factory analysis and evaluation mechanism of graduate students lack standardized representation and objective verification,so it is urgent to analyze total factor of dissertation quality and build an evaluation mechanism taking into account both quantitative and qualitative evaluation.Therefore,this paper proposes a multicriteria evaluation mechanism for the quality of dissertations via total factor analysis.Firstly,total factors are reclassified and refined based on the perspectives of thesis quality and the cultivation quality.Secondly,a multicriteria evaluation mechanism based on total factor analysis is designed by using analytic hierarchy process to establish an objective and reasonable evaluation system.Finally,the proposed mechanism is used to evaluate the quality of the graduate degree thesis of a“double first-class”university in China.The analysis results show that the proposed evaluation mechanism can objectively measure the thesis level and provide a quantitative basis for scientific evaluation of the thesis quality.
