“双一流”背景下医学研究生党员发展质量保障体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Quality Assurance System for the Development of Medical Postgraduate Party Members Under the Background of“Double First-Class”

在“双一流”建设背景下,针对当前医学研究生党员发展存在的党建工作队伍力量薄弱、党支部设置不合理、党员发展考核评价主体单一,以及党员发展考察指标模糊、考察方法单一等突出问题,可通过按“培养类型—学科专业—研究方向”设置党支部;强化多元主体参与,落实研究生导师第一责任人职责;定量和定性考核相结合,把握党员发展的关键环节等三个途径完善医学研究生党员发展质量保障体系。

Under the background of“Double First-Class”,there exist outstanding problems of developing Party Members in medical graduate students that need to be addressed,including“the weakness of Party building work team”,“the unreasonable setting of Party branches”,“the single assessment and evaluation subject of Party member development”,and“the ambiguous assessment indicators and the single assessment methods of Party member development”.We explore three ways to perfect the quality assurance:firstly,set up the Party branch in the way of training types;secondly,intensify the participation of multiple subjects and fulfill the first person responsible of graduate student tutors;thirdly,combine the quantitative assessment and qualitative assessment to grasp some key points of developing Party members.
