基于校企合作的高职院校学生校赛活动探索与实践——以Z学院为例

摘要 高职教育中学生职业技能竞赛作为一项学生日常教学的重要活动,对学生成才、教师成长、推动学校改革发展均有促进作用。在国家职业教育改革、类型教育、产业升级的大背景下,我国职业院校竞赛体系面临改革、升级的问题。校级竞赛作为我国竞赛体系最基础的一级,是各学校唯一一个享有主动权的竞赛,该如何针对国赛改革交出满意的答卷,持续发挥校赛在适应职业教育改革、服务上位赛事、促进人才培养质量等方面的作用,是一个值得众多高职院校思考的问题。以Z学院的探索与实践为例,抛砖引玉,以期为兄弟学校提供一些解题思路。 As an important activity of students’daily teaching,vocational skills competition in higher vocational education plays an important role in promoting students’success,teachers’growth and school reform and development.Under the background of national vocational education reform,type education and industrial upgrading,our vocational college competition system is also facing the problems of reform and upgrading.As the most basic level of Chinese competition system,school level competition is the only competition in which each school enjoys the initiative.It is a problem worth thinking about in many higher vocational colleges how to provide a satisfactory answer to the reform of national competition and continuously play the role of school level competition in adapting to the reform of vocational education,serving the upper competition and promoting the quality of personnel training.This paper takes the exploration and practice of Z College as an example,hoping to provide some ideas for solving the problem for other colleges and universities.
