虚拟仿真教学平台在本科生骨外科教学中的应用研究

摘要 为探讨虚拟仿真教学平台在本科生骨外科教学中的应用价值,选取南京医科大学本科四年级临床医学学生共60人为研究对象,随机分组:实验组30名,实施线上虚拟仿真教学平台教学;对照组30名,实施线下传统教学。教学结束后,两组学生都参加成绩考核,完成问卷调查。实验组临床思维和技能操作成绩均显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。相较于传统教学,虚拟仿真教学更能提高学生的学习兴趣、增强临床技能和促进临床思维构建(p<0.05)。虚拟仿真教学平台的应用在本科生骨外科教学中有显著作用,有助于提高整体教学效果和教学质量,提高学生的学习积极性,锻炼学生的临床思维能力和实践技能。 To explore the application value of virtual simulation teaching platform in undergraduate orthopedics teaching,a total of 60 fourth year clinical medicine students in Nanjing Medical University were randomly selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group of 30 students was taught by online virtual simulation teaching platform.The control group of 30 students was taught by offline traditional teaching.After the teaching,students in both groups were assessed by test and investigated by questionnaire.The scores of clinical thinking and skill operation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).Compared to traditional teaching,virtual simulation teaching can improve students’learning interest,enhance their clinical skills and promote the construction of clinical thinking(p<0.05).Compared to traditional teaching,the application of a virtual simulation platform plays a significant role in undergraduate orthopedic surgery teaching.It helps to improve the overall teaching effect and quality,enhance students’learning interest,and exercise their clinical thinking ability and practical skills.
