交叉学科小讲座在心血管内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Application of Interdisciplinary Lectures in Standardized Training of Residents in Cardiovascular Medicine

小讲座是重要的住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)教学方法,有助于帮助学员学习并梳理理论知识基础和临床诊疗进展。传统的教学方法知识体系具有局限性,与学员的互动交流较少,对心血管疾病诊疗新技术和新概念的介绍也比较少,导致住培教学内容比较单一,学员的学习主动性不高,不利于创新思维的开发和岗位胜任力的培养。心血管内科是承担内科住培工作的重要科室之一。河北医科大学第二医院心血管内科自2015年开始承担住培工作以来,邀请与心血管内科疾病的日常诊疗工作密切相关的科室住培教师,创新性地开展交叉学科小讲座,注重医学人文和技能训练的融合,更新住培学员的专业知识,完善知识体系,使住培学员的学习创新性和岗位胜任力得到提高,具有一定的推广意义。

The small lecture is an important teaching method of standardized resident training(residential training for short),which helps students learn and sort out the theoretical knowledge base and clinical diagnosis and treatment progress.The knowledge system of traditional teaching methods is relatively limited,the interaction with students is less,and the introduction of new technologies and new concepts of cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment is not enough,resulting in the relatively simple teaching content of residential training,and the students’learning initiative is not high,which is not conducive to the development of innovative thinking and the cultivation of job competence.The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine is one of the important departments responsible for the residential training of the Department of Internal Medicine.Since the Cardiovascular Department of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University began to undertake residential training work in 2015,it has invited residential training teachers from departments closely related to the daily diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular internal diseases to carry out innovative interdisciplinary lectures,which pay attention to the integration of medical humanities and skill training,update the professional knowledge of residential training students,improve the knowledge system,and the learning innovation and job competence of residential training students,and has certain promotion significance.
