全过程一体化人才培养体系下工程意识培养初探

摘要 在科技强国的新形势下,贯彻“十四五”时期中国的“三新一高”指导方针,针对个性化的学生以及未来的社会发展,坚持以学生成长为中心的全过程一体化人才培养体系进行工程意识的教育培养,是引领学生成为专业精英的关键环节。在论述全过程一体化人才培养体系含义和工程意识培养重要性的基础上,以桥梁工程方向本科生、研究生的科研和工程实践活动为例,探讨了在以学生成长为中心的全过程一体化人才培养体系下进行学生工程意识培养的意义和作用。 Under the new situation of building a powerful country in science and technology,carrying out China’s“three new and one high”guidelines during the“14th Five Year Plan”period,and focusing on personalized students and future social development,the education and cultivation of engineering consciousness with the whole-process integrated talent fostering system centered on student growth are the key aspects to lead students to become professional elites.Based on the meaning of the whole-process integrated talent training system and the importance of engineering consciousness training,this paper takes the scientific research and engineering practice activities of the undergraduate and graduate students of bridge engineering as an example,and discusses the significance and role of student engineering consciousness training under the whole-process integrated talent training system centered on student growth.
