摘要
为解决不同行业政务信息资源的融合,实现智慧城市各行业数据的共享,深入挖掘和发挥数据价值,提出一种基于地名地址匹配的数据融合方法,分别对含空间坐标和仅包含位置描述的两种不同类型政务数据进行匹配,提出利用分区单元计算、构建分级分词地名地址数据库和文本模糊匹配等关键技术,提高了地名地址匹配的效率和准确度。并通过在智慧蓉城建设项目中实践应用,证实该方法能有效提升匹配效率和精度,实现多源、异构、海量政务数据的高效融合。
In order to solve the integration of information resources from different industries and realize the sharing of data in various industries in smart cities,this paper proposes a data fusion method based on geocoding.The method matches two different types of government data,one with spatial coordinates and the other with only location descriptions.Key technologies such as partition unit calculation,hierarchical segmentation geocoding database construction,and text fuzzy matching are proposed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of geocoding.The method is applied in the construction project of the Smart Chengdu,proving that it can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of matching and achieve efficient fusion of multi-source,heterogeneous,and massive government data.
