摘要
为谨防城市建设“重地上,轻地下;重建设、轻管理”,并辅助市住房建设行政主管部门掌握地下管线底盘底数,支撑规划管理部门开展城市规划布局,本文基于CIM建立地下管线会签管理一张图,结合三维GIS引擎、高性能时空大数据计算技术和流程引擎实现管线工程地上地下一体化,以及全市地下管线开挖会签情况全方位综合评价和统计分析,从而为行业主管部门监督管线工程项目提供技术抓手,为建设单位或施工单位的道路开挖提供便捷支撑。
To guard against urban construction“Heavy ground,light underground;Emphasize construction and neglect management”,and assist the municipal administrative department of housing construction to master the truth of a matter of underground pipelines and support the planning management department to carry out urban planning.Based on CIM,combining with a 3D GIS engine,high-performance spatiotemporal big data computing technology and process engine,this paper establishes a map of underground pipeline countersigning management to realize the above-ground and underground integration of pipeline engineering,as well as comprehensive evaluation and statistical analysis of the countersigning situation of underground pipeline excavation in the city.Thus,it can provide technical grip for the competent departments of the industry to supervise pipeline engineering projects,and provide convenient support for the construction units to excavate the road.
