摘要
电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)是一种元素含量分析的重要方法,可实现润滑油中添加剂元素、磨损元素的定量分析。其中定量分析主要包括有内标法和外标法,内标法与外标法测试结果的差异基本满足方法再现性要求,但内标法相较于外标法可以有效消除标准样品与测试样品的物理性质差异,尤其是润滑油黏度差异,更能反映真实值。通过研究,考察了内标法的建立过程,了解了内标法与外标法的差异性来源,以及这种差异对结果偏离程度的影响。
Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)is an important method for element content analysis,which can realize the quantitative analysis of additive elements and wear elements in lubricating oil.Quantitative analysis mainly includes internal standard method and external standard method.The difference between the test results of the internal standard method and the external standard method basically meets the reproducibility requirements of the method,but the internal standard method can effectively eliminate the difference in physical properties between the standard sample and the test sample,especially the difference in lubricating oil viscosity,and can better reflect the true value.The establishment process of internal standard method was investigated through research,and the source of differences between the internal standard method and the external standard method has been understood,as well as the influence of this difference on the degree of deviation in the results.
