快装式折叠箱房转动节点试验研究

摘要 文中提出了一种以转动节点为核心的新型快装式折叠箱房结构体系,采用不同的加载方式对3个转动节点开展了单调静力加载试验,研究了其承载力、破坏模式、刚度及变形能力。研究发现:转动节点的主要破坏模式为销轴的剪切破坏、螺栓的拉断和节点区钢板的屈曲。通过对转动节点试件进行刚度分析,可以发现节点绕Y轴的刚度较小,偏向于铰接,绕X轴的刚度则相对较大。 A new type of fast loading folding box house structure system with rotating nodes as the core is proposed in the article.Different loading methods are used to conduct monotonic static loading tests on three rotating nodes,and their bearing capacity,failure mode,stiffness,and deformation capacity are studied.Research has found that the main failure modes of rotating nodes are shear failure of the pin shaft,tensile failure of bolts,and buckling of the steel plate in the node area.By analyzing the stiffness of the rotating node specimen,it can be found that the stiffness of the node around the Y-axis is relatively small and tends to hinge,while the stiffness around the X-axis is relatively large.
