体教融合视域下高校体育高质量发展探究

Exploration of the High-Quality Development of College Physical Education from the Perspective of the Integrating of Sports and Education

体教融合强调体育回归育人价值,体教协同发展。立足高校本身,遵循体教融合改革的指导,深入贯彻健康第一教学理念,有效落实“教会、勤练、常赛”目标,一体化推进。研究发现,在体教融合视域下,高校体育高质量发展存在创新发展不足、资源配置失衡、开放程度不够的问题。因此,应当遵循机构引领,学院自主发展;政策保障,培养优秀教师;市校共建,社会广泛认可;正确认识,逐步深化改革的路径,肩负起高等院校的使命与担当,为中华民族的伟大复兴贡献力量。

The integration of sports and education emphasizes the return of physical education to educational value and the coordinated development of sports and education.It is necessary to be based on colleges and universities themselves,follow the guidance of the reform of the integration of sports and education,deeply implement the teaching concept of"health first",effectively implement the goal of"teaching well,practicing more and competing regularly"and promote"integration".It is found that there are the issues of insufficient innovative development,imbalanced resource allocation and insufficient openness in the high-quality development of college physical education from the perspective of the integration of sports and education,and it should follow paths:developing colleges independently under the guidance of institutions,cultivating excellent teachers under the guarantee of policies,achieving wide social recognition by the co-construction of municipal governments and universities,and progressively deepening reform with correct understanding,so that colleges and universities shoulder their mission and responsibility,and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
